By booking a service with Green Gloss Cleaners, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before scheduling your appointment.
1. Services Provided
Green Gloss Cleaners provides non-toxic residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of each clean will be based on the package you selected or the details confirmed during booking. Any additional services requested outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service and we’ll make every reasonable effort to address the concern. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Green Gloss Cleaners.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or lockouts will be charged in full.
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
5. Damage & Liability
While we handle every space with care, accidents can happen. Green Gloss Cleaners is insured and will address any proven damage caused by our team. However, we are not responsible for:
-Pre-existing damage
-Items not properly secured
-Normal wear and tear
-Pet-related messes beyond regular cleaning scope
Please secure valuables, fragile items, and any items of sentimental value prior to service.
6. Non-Solicitation of Cleaners
By booking with us, you agree not to solicit, hire, or contract our cleaners directly for private services outside of Green Gloss Cleaners for a period of 12 months following your last booking.
Violation of this clause may result in a fee of $2,500 per instance and/or legal action for loss of business and breach of agreement.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: unsafe conditions, harassment, disrespectful behavior, or failure to follow our terms and conditions.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 24 hours after the completion of each cleaning service. Invoices are sent via email following the appointment.
If payment is not received within 72 hours, Green Gloss Cleaners reserves the right to charge the card on file to ensure timely payment. By booking a service, you authorize us to securely charge the payment method on file in the event of non-payment.
Invoices not paid within 7 business days may be subject to a late fee of $25 and/or result in suspended service until the balance is resolved. Continued non-payment may lead to legal collection action.
9. Privacy
Client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
10. Policy Updates
Green Gloss Cleaners reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website updates when changes are made.
