Company Policies

We value our clients and want to create a seamless experience for you. Here’s our list of policies to make that happen!

  • Prior to your clean, your personal belongings (e.g. clothes, shoes, toys, food, trash) must be put in their designated areas. While our cleans include minimal tidying, please note that our primary focus is on cleaning surfaces rather than addressing excessive clutter or organizing.

  • Hand washing dishes (we can load your dishwasher if available), cleaning inside of appliances & drawers/cabinets, and clearing off surfaces / organization are add-ons. Ask us about pricing! We’re happy to help.

  • We love your pets but they must be put away for the duration of the clean to ensure the safety of our team members.

  • For first-time clients, we request that we do an initial deep clean. Regular cleans are for recurring clients unless photos and/or videos are provided. We can then evaluate if a regular clean would be sufficient.

  • Canceled or rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours from original appointment time will be subject to a $25 fee.

  • We require a credit or debit card to hold your appointment. You will not be charged prior to the appointment. We will send you an invoice following your cleaning to be paid the same day as your service. Any overdue invoices will be paid using your card on file. Please note: any overdue invoices that cannot be paid, will eventually be sent to our partner collection agency and assessed for late fees.
